THE COMPANY

Since the year 2000 working in the watch and jewelry industry, Roberto Franzin founded the company Tick Factory GmbH in 2013. Since then – in the position of Head of Sales & Marketing – Roberto has supported and accompanied renewed and high quality brands for many years in their success.
As watch and jewelry distributor/agent we are proudly dedicated to strengthening rebuild the local horological culture, promoting a premium lifestyle and further building the brand image of our international partners and clients.

MISSION
Tick Factory’s mission is to develop close and a long-term relationships of trust with the selected brands as well as with its retail partners.

SALES ADVICE
Orient and assist in the selection of coherent assortments, adapted to the market and consumers.

PROMOTION OF BRANDS
Assist in the animation of sales through team trainings, recommendations in terms of merchandising and implementation of marketing and communication actions.

AFTER-SALES SERVICE
Provide repair and replacement services in partnership with brands via an in-house service center that offers local responsiveness and optimal execution.
